James Patrick (Toby) Hill, President
— A state certified general contractor with a Bachelor of
Building Construction from the University of Florida, Toby began his
career building commercial projects. He founded the firm in 1984. With
more than 25 years of experience in the industry, he is recognized
statewide as a builder of unsurpassed quality, but more importantly, is
admired in his own company for practices that encourage the individual
growth of all employees. Toby is the driving force of the company who
sets its high standards of excellence.
Mike
Atwood, Maintenance Division Manager — Mike graduated
from the Builder's Institute at North Carolina State University and has
over 20 years experience as a licensed general contractor since serving
as a flight officer in the US Marine Corps. A firm believer in The Hill
Group tenant that a quality home deserves quality maintenance to
enhance its value, his goal is to consistently provide the best
maintenance to Vero Beach's homeowners. To that end, he has staffed his
division with talented craftsmen who enjoy the variety offered in
maintenance work and dealing with clients. The division operates five
fully equipped vans.
James Retzke, Sales & Marketing Manager
— Jim earned a Bachelor of Building Construction from the
University of Florida and became a licensed general contractor in 1972.
His experience runs the gamut of the building and real estate
industries. He has held positions as diverse as director of planning
for one of the top builders in the nation to managing partner of a
commercial real estate development firm to vice president of a firm
specializing in restoration of high-end homes. Jim's broad and diverse
background makes him the ideal person to head up The Hill Group's sales
and marketing efforts.

ESTIMATING
William Morgan, Chief Estimator
— With a degree in civil engineering, a Masters in Business
Administration and many years of experience in residential, resort and
commercial building, Bill has headed up this very important function
for the company since 1994. As you would expect, he is precise,
thorough and informed.
Richard Wetmiller, Estimator
— A 1973 graduate of Clarkson College of Technology, Dick has
distinguished himself with The Hill Group since 1995. He brings a
wealth of experience to his position--as a carpenter, licensed general
contractor and construction manager, and has brought many technical
innovations to the company's capabilities.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
James R. Williams, Project Manager
— A state certified residential contractor, JR has an educational
background in engineering and business. He has 28 years experience in
custom homebuilding, real estate and project management. With The Hill
Group since 1995, JR has an artist's eye and hand. He is gifted in
architectural detailing and millwork styling.
Chris Clement, Project Manager
— Chris, a state certified general contractor with 22 years of
experience, started in the industry as a custom home carpenter and
carpentry contractor, and then became a project superintendent on
residential and commercial work. Prior to joining The Hill Group, Chris
spent several years with one of the state's top architectural millwork
and designer hardware firms servicing luxury home clients, accounting
for his considerable knowledge in fine finishes.

MANAGEMENT
Jan Moree, Office Manager —
Jan has spent her entire career as a very able administrator in the
construction industry. A University of Central Florida Bachelor of
Science graduate in business administration, with a major in
accounting, she is a charter member of the National Association of
Women in Construction and a licensed real estate agent. All the things
Jan handles for The Hill Group are too numerous to list.
